The Chronic Noise Co. is a "noise art" project by a musician. There is no goal, like making listenable or danceable music. These are simply interesting noise collages. Some tracks sound like songs but most are just weird. The sound effects could be guitar pedals, ipod apps, internet chatter, guitars (lots), loops, synths (but not often) or just sound effects created with any of the above.
